    Its High Noon guild recruitment!

Background info

Its High Noon is a newly formed guild, started at the launch of legion by a group of friends returning to the game. With experience of high end progression raiding but are no longer able to or interested in committing to such a gruelling schedule alongside real-life commitments. We still intend to experience (and clear) all the content Blizzard has to offer in a timely fashion but while taking a more relaxed approach, raiding on a 2 day schedule.

We currently raid Wednesday and Sunday 20:00-11:00 GMT+1 (server time) and often organise a 3rd optional day for older farm content and/or alt raids. Raids rarely go over by more than 5 minutes and we would not expect to extend any raids unless we were really close to a kill and everyone in the raid agreed to an extension.

What we are looking for

We are currently looking to recruit some more DPS and a Holy Paladin, to round off our raid team for mythic progression. We are currently 6/7 EN M,3/3 ToV HC, 3/10 NH M.

Looking to recruit

We are particularly looking for:

Even if your class isn't listed we are always open to exceptional players, particularly players who are proficient/comfortable with more than one role (eg DPS with a Healer offspec) as raiding with a small roster flexibility is key.

What we ask from our members

Attendance. As we are only raiding 2 days a week and want to avoid over recruiting (and therefore raiders on the bench) we need our raiders to be available for every raid. Of course life happens but it should be the exception, not the rule to miss raids.

A thorough knowledge of your class and constant desire to improve (discussing with classmates, reading forums/guides, looking through logs etc)

Keeping gear and Artefact Power up to date both through our raids as well as outside of them.

Preparation for raids. Again raiding on a tight schedule means we need everyone as prepared as possible for raids to maximise our efforts.

Discord. As a guild we use Discord for raids. If you have a mic and are willing to talk when needed in raids fantastic but as a minimum requirement we need all our raiders on Discord able to listen for calls.

For more info please feel free to contact any of the officers ingame or via btag
