“Stellar” WoW Guild

<Stellar> is a 10 man English guild formed in early 2012.

A few of our achievements since we formed:
-Horde Fourth Heroic Madness
-Horde Third Glory of the Dragon Soul Raider
-Realm First All Gold Challenge Modes (2 of our members)
-Realm First All Bronze Challenge Modes (full guild group)

When we formed we were about 30th on the realm after our first raid. Over the past few months we have consistently climbed through the ranks and are now Horde 1st 10 Man Guild, and top 10 overall on the server. With your help we hope to climb higher.

What you probably want to know:
-Raid nights are Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, 19:45 - 23:30.
-Strictly 10 man
-We are mostly from the UK
-www.stellarguild.wowstead.com is our website
-All voice comms are done using TeamSpeak 3
-We are progression-orientated
-All of our raiders are over 18 (some are really old)

What we expect from our raiders:
-85% attendance minimum
-Full inside knowledge of all new boss encounters so we know what we're doing before we start a new encounter
-The ability to communicate clearly on TeamSpeak but also the wisdom to know when to keep quiet
-Real effort and commitment towards making your toon as best as it can be (theorycrafting, professions, keybinds, macros etc)
-Thick-skinned and the ability to take criticism
-Always prepared with full consumables. We wipe lots so bring lots.
-Have acceptable off-spec gear and knowledge of your off-spec
-Be able to be on standby when required without constant whispering asking why you're on standby

That's the dull bit out the way. Our raids are great fun, we always have a good laugh (normally at someone's expense). We've got a good mixture of Scottish, Irish, English and Welsh in the guild so TeamSpeak is normally pretty colourful.
