Note two important things when applying,we went 10 man recently due to recruiting issues on our half dead server.Second,if you are applying you should have more then 1 viable spec on your toon,w/e you be playing,being it for different buffs or switching to tanking from dps or healing from dps and of course vice-versa.

What do we expect from you?
You come with a bag full of first hand experience with all Tier 11 and/or Tier 12 fights preferably,all raiding experience is very welcome. This will help you jump into our progress raids right away and avoid making beginners' mistakes at farm bosses and determines how well your trial goes. Your gear also reflects your experience, a handful of ilvl 359/365/378 epics,everything gemmed and enchanted with high quality enhancements. Having a stash of the best consumables rounds it up. Your specc is purely PvE oriented. All this is required if you want to compete with our veterans on even terms, which, I guess, is one of your goals. You speak, understand and write english very well. Your age is eighteen or higher, and your lifestyle, work and whatnot grant you the freedom to play this game together with us for more than a year. It is no problem for you to stay up late, since our raids can go past 22:30 in the evening. Your spare time allows you to attend three raids each week. You have a relaxed attitude towards your guild members but high ambition to play your raid role exceptionally well. Progressing as a team and guild is your first aim, your personal gain is second to that. You know all the resourceful websites and ways how to improve yourself quickly and efficiently and how to prepare best for each and every boss fight.
The last remark is very important, our officers do not have much time to help you in that regard, cause what little time they have to play this game, they already use to attend our raids. As you are on your own, it is best advised if you are already a complete player rather than a beginner expecting to be tutored. We would like to tutor, but we do not have the proper time to do it. Please consider this.

Our guild profile
We are one of the oldest raiding guilds on this realm still in service, looking back at over four years of raiding endgame content and hardmodes. If you seek a solid guild for 25-men content, you just found it. Our leadership and the core of our raid team has been playing together in the same setup for many years. Our attitude to this game is relaxed, in that we do not aim for competing with anyone, we just enjoy raiding together. At the same time we enjoy hardmodes very much and to get there we do expect exceptional performance from each player. The progress of the guild is our main goal, this means we do whatever is advantageous for killing a boss, be it farming weird potions, making crazy class setups. You cannot count on being picked for a boss fight when you prefer to, but when the raid prefers to. All this shall ensure, that the raid evening is a pleasant experience for everyone involved. Our community mainly consist of older players who have to work daytime and spend time with their family, which means there is not much action around the clock. Our guild is very active during raid times and that's what you can expect throughout the entire year.
