“Shmong” Guild

<Shmong> is a horde raiding Guild on Aggramar EU server.

We are looking to recruit a few raiders to join our 10 man raiding team.

Currently we are looking to recruit mostly ranged dps and some additional healers. All classes are welcome to apply but not all will be offered a spot for raiding if the balance is off (mdps / rdps / heals).

Shmong has existed as a guild since 2010 and most of our members have played together much longer than that. We are casual but dedicated. We have two relative short raiding nights every week. We are a mature guild with the majority of players over 30 years old.

World of Warcraft is a game and we are playing it to have fun, not to be top of any leaderboard. We take raiding seriously but we feel it shouldn’t get in the way of “Real LIfe”tm. Nevertheless we would like to experience as much of the game as possible.

Currently our raid nights are:

Thursday, sunday and tuesday, we pick two of those and raid from 20:00 CET to 23:00 CET.

We expect raiders to come prepared for raid nights, making sure their gear is enchanted/gemmed for the fight, that they know the mechanics of the bosses and of course know their class well.

As a recruit we would prefer you to be an experienced raider but if you are someone who wants to learn we would consider that as well. More than anything we are looking for people who would fit into the social texture of the guild but would love if you know not to stand in fire.

We want fun, we want progress but not at the cost of the identity of the guild.
