GUILD POLICY
The Casual Tryhards community has grown to involve a vast number of people from different parts of Europe. Thus we have authored a policy in which we've looked to include things that go outside of common sense, things which we feel are important to convey to keep the community ticking in the best of ways. This policy is intended to serve as a backbone and we expect every member to embrace it wholeheartedly.
SOCIAL
- Be respectful to guildies and other players at all
times.
- English is the language of choice and is to be used at all
times when communicating through guild channels (chat, teamspeak,
forum).
- Humor is vital and jokes are more than welcome, as long as
everyone involved agree on their humoristic content.
- Socializing is important. Be part of it.
- Modesty will take you a long way. No one likes a show-off.
RAIDING
We’re a raiding guild. We exist to down bosses. All of them. For that to happen we need you to:
- Be on time. Chronic lateness will have consequences.
- Inform if you’re available or not. Sign up on the events in the
in-game calendar.
- Keep focused. Especially during progression.
- Develop an allergy to slacking. It makes us go bald and gives
us a rash.
- Come prepared. Read up on boss fights prior to pull.
- Share your thoughts. Suggestions for improvement are craved
for.
- The optimal reward is to down a boss. Loot is just a bonus, a
shiny one at that.
