Noir

Noir is a semi-hardcore raiding guild stationed on Al'Akir (Xavius & Skullcrusher). Whilst being a relatively new guild, we are very persistent and consistent in what we do.

We are a very diverse guild with members coming from all backgrounds and countries and we all share the passion of playing and competing in PvE current tier content. Despite being created recently, we believe Noir will be around for many years to come and will provide our successful applicants with the opportunity to join a strong, competitive and reliable community with very well structured, organise and quality raiding.

Recruitment

As an applicant, you must be very well prepared to raid at high level and show a willingness to commit to putting the time in to research and study to better your game play. We require the applicant to want to strive to be the best you possibly can be and carry a positive mindset to raid encounters and wipes. We promote all feedback openly and constructively and therefore, should you take offence with criticism easily, we probably aren't the guild for you. We require the applicant to possess the ability to execute instructions extremely quickly and effectively and have the ability to speak up and provide their opinions openly on boss tactics and anything else that we could possibly change or do to help further guild progression and better the feeling of the Guild community.

Loot

We believe there is no fair loot distribution system in the game and for this reason we have a Loot Council who make the decision to distribute loot accordingly to players that pass certain criteria.

Attendance

Raid Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday.
Raid Hours: 19:30-23:00 Server time

We are looking for players who can raid all three regular raid days (We understand that real life can have an impact and we always consider this). As we intend to progress further, we require people who find no problem with being sat out for certain fights due to requirements. Once progress for the tier is finished, attendance requirements will be relaxed until progress for the next tier starts again.

If the above sounds like a Guild you would like to be a part of, please feel free to whisper any of the below in game to discuss applications whilst our website is being made.
