“Productivity” Guild

Hello!

We are Productivity, and as you may know; we like to raid.

The backbone of our guild consists of players who are very experienced and know their class in and out; hence why we only raid three times a week for progress. Quality always beats quantity, so with a group of good players, progress is most defiantly achievable in short periods.

About us:
-We view loot as a tool for progress. Loot is distributed via Loot Council, the receiver is dependent on factors such as who benefits from it the most and who is active & continually performs well. These are factors that support the integrity behind progress.
-We only do progress raids three times a week; Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
-The times are from 19:00 to 22:30 server time.
-All of our core raid team has around +90% activity. We expect people to make most of these progress raids. We frequently do optional raids which could be an extra day progressing on a boss, farming other raids, achievement runs etc.
-There is always a great atmosphere in the guild as everyone has great humor.

What do we need?
Right now we primarily need a good mix between hunters, mages and boomkins - mostly ranged plus a good vocal tank. As you can see by the recruitment panel, there are other classes we need in our roster however these are not as vital.
