“Taste of Insanity” Guild

<Taste of Insanity> is a newly formed guild with the goal to turn into an succesful 10 man raiding guild ! With 4.3 so close we are mainly gearing each other up and try to be as prepared as possible for when Dragon Soul opens ! This means right now heroic progression in Firelands is not our MAIN goal but we will try to bring as many down as possible.
With our first week we've slain 1 out of 7 heroics and more should be added on our kill list next week !

We are currently recruiting dedicated players to join our ranks ! Are you 18+ ? Are you competitive ? Can you raid on Wednesday, Sunday & Monday from 20:00 till 23:00 ? Then you are what we need !

Behaviour

As a guild our reputation is very important to us.

- We expect all members to behave respectably when they wear our guild tag, no matter what character they are on.
- We expect our members to treat all other players in the WoW community with respect, if someone is completely obnoxious you have an ignore function to deal with it.

Alts

Members are allowed as many active alts in the guild as they want.

- We are first and foremost a raiding guild aiming for progression*

Addons

Required raiding addons are:

- Any kind of boss mod
You are required to have an up to date version of DBM, DXE or Bigwigs installed but you only need to have one of them active at anytime.
- Omen
- Grid or any other raid frames that does the trick.

Professions, Consumables and Gear

We are a progression focused guild so we expect all of our players to aim to get the most out of their characters at all times whilst raiding this means:

- All raiders are expected to use appropriate consumables during raids
- All raiders are expected to of properly gemmed, reforged and enchanted their gear to optimise performance.

Attendance

Players are expected to attend as much raids as possible. Not showing up without reason will eventually result in a demote.

Loot

We feel that loot is just a tool to help us progress, therefore we use a loot council to distribute loot. It is important to note that the loot council isn't supposed to be fair it is supposed to distribute gear to best improve the guild progression. Your epeen should come from the progression the guild as a whole has achieved not the gear you are wearing. In the end everybody will get what he/she wants.
