“Vincibility” WoW Guild

Vincibility are a PvE Guild residing on Alonsus. The guild consists of experienced raiders, alts and friends. Our aim is to create a strong community, where people are able to play in a fun and friendly environment while maintaining a serious attitude towards raiding.

Things we expect from you:

* A team player, there is no 'I' in team!
* Stamina, we may spend all night wiping on progress, if you don't enjoy this then no need to apply.
* Punctual, if you are late for raids, you won't be picked.
* Mature, both in age and attitude (don’t bother applying if you are act like a 12 yr old).
* Thrive on criticism, it is only given to help us all improve.
* Motivated, if you plan on quitting in the near future do not bother applying.
* Solid internet connection and pc, if you do 300,000 dps or hps, but are always DC'ing it doesn't help anyone.
* Microphone (Even though it’s not mandatory during raiding (unless you are a Tank), it is useful for information and suggestions).
* Understand fights quickly, avoid any kind of raid damage, give feedback on boss tactics and be fast to gather information to maximize your raid performance on a certain fight .
* A playable off-spec is a HUGE plus, certain fights may need you to respec.

Things that may help your application:

* World of Logs parses.
* Gear to match your Pandaria raiding experience, it needs to be fully enchanted and gemmed to the highest lvl.
* In the case of rerollers, make sure to give us information about your previous char.
* Applications with only a few lines of text will most likely be declined straight away, if you can’t be bothered to complete a decent, well thought out application, please don’t waste our, and your time by applying.

FAQ:

Q: How long will Vincibility take to answer my application?

A: It varies, applications are studied daily and a decision is usually made within a day or two, however, it may take longer depending on how busy the officers are, this does not mean we are not interested, but is more likely that we have current trials or a lack of spots for your specific class. If you are in a rush to get into a new guild and we taking too long to answer, you are free to either wait or apply to a different guild (informing us of this is welcome, by deleting your application on our website).

Q: Do you post feedback on my application?

A: We post replies to all our applications as soon as we can, and it is expected that any questions we ask are responded to by the applicant, not doing so will most likely result in your application being delayed, or declined.

Q: My class isn't listed on the classes you are recruiting, is it worth me applying?

A: We are always open to exceptional applications. If you think you're a great player who wants to be part of our guild, feel free to apply and we will see if there is a possibility of you joining us!
