• Who are we?
SunDown is first and foremost a collection of friends, who play in the world of Azeroth for fun. While everyone will enjoy different aspects of play, the main focus of the guild will be to bring together players wanting to experience end game PvE/ raid content after conventional hours.
While we are ambitious in terms of progression, we realize most of the late night players are over 18 years old, and have real life issues to contend with. A casual and relaxed approach to the game is paramount to our success, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere will always come first.
• Raid schedule and guidelines
Our current 25-man raid schedule is:
Wednesday 23:00 - 02:00
Thursday 23:00 - 02:00
Sunday 23:00 - 02:00
Monday 23:00 - 02:00
For scheduled raids, raid invitation will be dictated, as much as possible, by those that have actually signed up for the raid in advance. Possible exceptions will be made if certain classes, or specifications, are needed for the raid.
All raid members are expected to be online, prepared, and at the raid's location, at least 15 minutes before the raid's start. All sign ups are expected to be able to stay until the raid's announced end time. Exceptions can be made to either of these rules if the guild is made aware in advance of the raid start time / selection.
• What do we expect from you
- Be respectful to all players, regardless if they are fellow guild members, or not
- All guild members need to be registered on the forum, and able to visit it on a regular basis in order to keep up to date with guild developments and sign up for raids should using the calendar on the website
- It is desirable that members aim to attend at least 3 raids a week. Attendance will be monitored and rewarded in terms of loot allocation, raid selection when oversubscribed, and with certain guild bank requests.
- All raid members must install and use Deadly Boss Mods, Omen and Ventrilo (though no mic is required).
