WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a friendly atmosphere, where progression raiding is the main priority. While we want to kick ass in raids, we also want to have lots of fun - not just in raids, but also outside of them. The overarching goal of Pinnacle is to provide a stable platform on which progressive and server-competitive raiding can take place without a prohibitive time investment.

Our goals:

• Remain a top 100 guild, continually improving our world rankings each tier.


• Maintain a focused raiding environment and stable performance throughout both progression and farm content.


• Provide a constructive and positive atmosphere where everyone is able to contribute to analyzing any given situation and find weakness and strong points in both performance and strategy.

WHAT WE REQUIRE IN RETURN
While great performance is a must, we also don't want an asshole in our guild. If you can show us that you're not only a great raider, but also a kick-ass person, then you will surely find a home in Pinnacle. Below is a list of what we, more specifically, expect of you.

• You must be familiar with the gameplay and specs of your character, and be able to perform well in at least two different raid roles (healer/tank/melee/ranged), as applicable to your class.


• You must have a good general knowledge of your role, including the strength and weaknesses of other classes in the same role as you.


• You are encouraged to keep at least one alternate character (preferably of a different role than your main), which is geared well enough to step into main raids whenever an encounter demands it. This will be achieved during a weekly alt raid during farm periods. Furthermore, once progression is over, alts will be swapped into main raids whenever possible.
