30/3/2013: Looking for more DPS and healers to join us in raids! Our second run (sunday) is currently Heart of Fear/Terrace to gear up alts and more players who are not quite ready to venture into Throne of Thunder so if this suits you then please do not hesitate to apply.
About Us
We are an established guild on Blade’s Edge which has been lurking around on the realm since the beginning of TBC enjoying a more social approach to guild life.
SAF typically raid current content 2 times a week 20:00 - 00:00 with 2 10man teams in our current roster, we do not aspire to be in the cutting edge progression bracket (we tip our hats to those that do) as we realise taking the content at a slightly less manic pace is a good match for our non-gaming world alter ego commitments. That said we do enjoy making the most of our raid time and expect a good level of effort to be applied from our raiders in the relatively short period of time we commit to it per lockout.
In terms of the type of person we look for in a player, aside from the obvious personality traits required to fit in well as part of a friendly team is someone who can show through their character they have a sound level of commitment to their chosen class while importantly being of a responsible/mature mindset that they represent our guild in whichever activity they take part in.
It should go without saying but the overly loot obsessive types & people incapable of being respectful towards their fellow players need not apply, we value teamwork over personal ilvl.
