We expect some very simple things from Beta members:
1. To be reliable. This means responding to calendar events in good time, turning up on time to raids ready to go (repaired, own food, own pots just in case) and be able to stay for the duration of the raid.
2. To know your class well. Being on form when it comes to rotations, stat priorities, soft/hard caps and the meters.
3. To be constructive. This entails being able to point out to other people what they can do better, and take criticism from other members without losing your rag at them. Politeness is a quality we value highly here at BTYGF.
4. To be vocal on Teamspeak While we don't expect everyone to be overly confident on teamspeak, if a mechanic requires you to let other people know what is going on and how to react, we need to know that you can be counted on to make that happen.
5. Don't take yourself too seriously Above all else, the atmosphere at BTYGF is unrivaled. This is because we can take the friendly banter and deal out our fair share too, some more than others. No matter what, we aim to keep the guild an enjoyable place to be for every member.
If your class is not currently showing on our recruitment, but Beta looks like a guild you could be a part of, don't hesitate to whisper one of us in-game for some more info. We are always looking for exceptional players that have a positive attitude to raiding and can be competitive in their role.
