You don't need supergear to apply, but 463 ilvl + some raidfinder
gear would be greatly appreciated.
Some former raid experience is also appreciated, and you have to afford to gem and enchant your gear properly. It's very important that you have strong knowledge of your class, and will to improve yourself as a player.
We like to keep good spirit up in our raids, so we don't want pointless raging and flaming there. And to keep everyone comfortable we like to keep personal nonsense talk out from there and focus on playing. We do not have an age limit, it really tells nothing about a person, but we expect everyone from our roster to behave.
We use Vetrilo and we have a DKP system.
