Hello everyone!

Nemea has decided to switch over from 10man raiding and go full out on 25man instead.
There are many reasons for this and i want to name a few of them.

First of all, it's nearly impossible to have an open raidgroup, meaning several different classes and compositions in a 10man guild since you would have to rotate at least 6-7 people. And altho a friendly guild isn't something bad it's easy to get all to friendly while in such a small guild and then have to rely on a few people to show every single raid to make it work.

Most important of all tho is the fact that we want a bigger community, and as players that raided hardcore when 25man was the only way to go we simply miss it, because it's so much more fun in every aspect in our opinion.

This is a huge task on a smaller server like this where 10man is the established way to raid, but we think we can make it work because we have a solid plan, and we will stick to that plan to the bitter end.

We are looking for people with the same mindset as us, who do not enjoy farming normals and that are competitive enough to want to push for server first. However that said we have a lot of things going on in our lives, jobs, school, kids , dogs you name it. And thus we have set our raid days to 3 times a week. We will stick to that, no more, no less. However we will do our absolute best to make sure that we raid as effective as possible during every single raid.

These are some guidelines to make sure this happens.

A minimum of 90% attendance.
Any kind of drama will result in removal from the guild.
People that doesn't understand simple mechanics will be removed from the raid instantly to make room for people who do, if no improvement is shown they will get removed from the guild.
We will never take friends, gear or if you had to sit out in an earlier raid into consideration when choosing the raidgroup
Loot will be distributed by loot council.
Final words
We do accept larger groups of people or a small guild to join us, and we think that there are a lot of older players sit in the same boat as us, want to raid more hardcore but can't raid more than 3 times a week.
So if you are a small bunch of people or the leader of a guild and you want to raid 25man then do not hesitate to contact us right away. We will use our website, our name and our rules, but we will of course offer 1 officer spot and 1 senior spot to larger groups.

Raids
As said we will be raiding 3 times a week.
We will be having two different raiding schedules that will be rotating.

Week A : Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
Week B : Wednesday, Thursday, Monday

1900 - 2300 CET (invites at 18:45)
