What do we expect from raiders?
We expect of you:

• to be a reliable raider who does not need to be told how to do things in every single raid
  
• to expand your knowledge of fights and mechanics in your own personal time
  
• to look at logs of your own performance and ask for guidance where needed
  
• to come to raids with your gear and consumables, prepared with enough for the evening
  
• to be on time for raids, and to be on voice comms 10 min prior to the start time
  
• to always give your very best for any encounter, even if your class does not perform well
