The Genesis - Recruitment Open
<The Genesis> are looking to expand on our already very good core of raiders. We are looking for dedicated players. We are a guild with mature players, so adult humor is to be expected in most of our conversations. Our goal is to have fun while raiding, but not at the cost of progression.
We have been raiding on Kilrogg for along time now and decided a change was in order, so we made the choice to make the move to Dentarg. In Cataclysm, we have done 11 out of 12 bosses on normal and we working on heroic Conclave and Bastion Twilight.
Raid Days & Times
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
20:00-23:00 ST (Server time)
Recruitment
We are currently looking for one hard hitting range DPS and good healers,
primarily looking for a
Holy Priest
Resto Shaman
Holy Paladin
Anyone who feels they are exceptional can feel free to apply though.

Requirements to raid
Reliability - You must be able to make at least four of five raid nights, and you must be on time and ready to go for every encounter.
Resourcefulness - You must be very skilled and knowledgeable, and willing to do research on your class, as well as every fight. Be open to taking constructive suggestions, and be constructive when giving suggestions to others.
Perseverance - You must be patient, willing to learn and progress, and constantly give it your all. This includes bringing consumables and know exactly what to do regarding tactics and class/spec. You must understand the fact that not all bosses will fall dead into your lap.
Fun and Responsibility - You must have a great attitude, and a fun sense of humor. If you're an overly sensitive person, <The Genesis> may not be for you. We do dig at everyone and do not hold back!
Past progression - We would like to see applicants coming from an already well progressed raiding background, preferably with more experience than "I have downed the first 4 bosses in ICCHC" which lets face it, is puggable. This is not a definite requirement, if you can write a good application and justify yourself, you'll be fine.
