* Strives to get the best gear/enchants/gems as possible for their character
* Knows how to be on time for raids and to come prepared with flasks/elixirs/foodbuffs
* Can give and take criticism in a positive and constructive way
* Is 18+ years old, atleast mentally
* Thinks that raiding is supposed to be fun and a social event, but also understands that without focus and not taking things serious it's no point to raid.
* Puts the team first
* Is ready to raid 3 nights a week
Evermore's raiddays are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 19:30-22:30.
