“Phrasing” Guild

Who are we?

Hey guys this is Phrasing and we are a semi-hardcore guild originating from Dragonblight EU. We are essentially a group of like minded, intelligent individuals, who are always up for a laugh and who emphasize individual learning of raid fights.

Raid information

We are looking for exceptional players, item level 690 and above, to join a bunch of 20-something year olds.
We raid three nights a week (Thurs, Sun, Tues) from 9 p.m. server time, to 12 a.m. server time, with increased raid times if necessary.

We use a loot council, comprised of four council members, as our prefered form of loot distribution as we believe it is the most fair system. In the first week of new content, we use personal loot to avoid any initial issues.
If there are any issues with this distribution, or if players will achieve a set bonus, we activley encourage any feedback from guild mates.

BoE items, if not needed by the raid group, will be sold on the AH for guild gold and not for personal profit.

In guild materials

In Phrasing, we like to help each other. We do this by feeding materials that are used for crafting into the guild bank, and asking each other if 'x' or 'y' item can be made using the in guild materials.
As such we activley encourage the donation of all spare materials generated from garrisons. This does not mean that one person will gain a lions share but it encourages social interaction within the guild, a feature lost to Warcraft for some time.

The use of materials will also contribute to raid flasks and pots, including savage feasts.
