As we raid just 9 hours a week we expect 95%+ Attendance.
What kind of guild is Prosperitas?
Prosperitas resurfaced at the start of legion and the guild currently consists of both guild veterans and newcomers. We don't raid as long as most guilds but when we do raid, we are VERY serious about getting the most out of our time as we possibly can.
From us you can expect
-A competitive environment, where performance is valued.
-Constant recruitment to improve the roster.
-A healthy roster of more than 20 raiders all held to the same standards.
-During farm, raiders are rotated in and out based on loot needs.
-Guild activity outside of raid hours, such as running mythic+ dungeons.
When Recruiting, What are we looking for?
We are looking for Exceptional players that are willing to put in the effort. You must be able to research your class and show that you know how to pull the best optimal dps/healing that you can without sacrificing mechanical performance. No one in our raid should have to tell you how to play your class.
What we expect from you.
-Full knowledge of your class
-Knowledge of the current tier.
-Strong attendance of 95%+.
-A stable computer and internet connection.
-The ability to accept criticism without taking it personally.
Loot System:
To distribute loot that is tradable, we currently use Loot Council. Loot is a necessary tool for progress, and so we treat it as such.
