Raidujeme 3/4 dni v tydnu (20:00 - 23:00), dokud se dana instance nevycisti nebo raid leader neukonci raid.

Věci které od tebe očekáváme:

* Nebát se wipů.
* Chodit včas na invite.
* Dospělé chování a přístup .
* Být schopen udělat si čas na nové instance (nový patch).
* Být schopen přijmout i tvrdou kritiku na svoji osobu.
* Dělat guildě dobré jméno i když nejste na guildovním raidu (Pugy,heroicy)
* Hru hrát bez zbytečných chyb, pokud plánujete v blizké době skončit s WoW neobtěžujte se psát přihlášku.
* Mít stabilni internet a dobré pc
* Být výjimečný hráč i mimo svou hlavní postavu, rychle shromažďovat informace potřebné pro maximalizaci vašeho výkonu na určitém encounteru, měli by jste umět hrát všechny vaše dostupné specy a být schopen "zaskočit" za chybějící spec (pokud teda máte na výběr).

Věci které ti zvýší šanci na přijetí :

* WWS / WMO
* Zkušenosti z předešlých datadisků (Pre-TBC raidy, pre 3.0 Sunwell, Wotlk-hc´s, Cata raidy).
* Mikrofón (Být schopen komunikovat během raidu)
* Dej si záležet na své přihlášce. Přihlášky které budou mit pouze pár řádku a nebudou obsahovat důležité informace budou jednoduše zamitnuty.

At the moment we are raiding 3/4 days per week (20:00 - 23:00), until content is fully cleared or raid leader disband the raid.

Things we expect from you:

* Wiping on new content.
* Be punctual in showing up for raids.
* Be mature both in age and attitude.
* Able to make time when new content goes live.
* Able to thrive on critism, as harsh as at may be at times.
* Tolerance for any kind of vent conversations outside raiding times
* Highly motivated to play WoW and do well, if you plan on quitting in the near future do not bother applying.
* Rock solid connection and pc
* Be an exceptional player even outside your class, be able to play all specs of your class at the same high level (having a small player base we respec alot to fill the needs of certain fights, you are expected to be ready to play any of your class specs).


Things that may help your application:

* WWS / WMO
* High end raiding experience (Pre-TBC content, pre 3.0 Sunwell, Wotlk-hc´s, Cata raid´s).
* Microphone (Be able to speak is a big plus)
* Effort in writing your application. Applications with a couple of lines will simply be declined right away.
