Guild History

Operation Eskimoo is a PvE oriented guild in WoW on Dunemaul Europe. Our members are from various countries. The foundation of the guild was in July 2010, created by a group of ppl who raided together in other guilds over the years.

As a PvE guild our aim is to clear the end game content this game has to offer to its raiders. We enjoy raiding new content, we enjoy competition, but we also enjoy to have fun, witch meens we aint no hardcore raiding guild. Other than the usual raiding hours, we do all kinds of new and old content, be it dungeons, PvP or the usual Dalaran AFK competition.

Guild Structure

Operation Eskimoo doesn’t have any class leaders, currently we have 2 Raid Leaders; Cymph and Teriyaki. Each and every member, regardless of their contribution as an outsider joins our ranks as a Trial. Trial period depends on the performance and contribution of the trial period. It can and possibly will take up to 3 weeks. During the trial period the trial’s actions with our guild tag, as well as attendance, performance and so on are evaluated.

A member is the regular raider. It is expected from every member to have a high attendance and good contribution. We try to keep our roster short and we don’t take joy in benching people. Members are the backbone of Operation Eskimoo and every single member contributes in a way to our little community.

Operation Eskimoo takes the inner-guild atmosphere seriously and will get rid of trials who break the bonds between the members. New members are expected to partake in every single possible event to join the community. We take raiding seriously, even tho we aint as strict as the hardcore guilds out there, we don’t need members without proper itemization, specs, rotations or enchants. We expect every member and trial to value raiding as much as the rest of the team.

Raid Schedule & Attendance

We always use server time, which is CET.

Monday - 20:00 - 23:00
Wednesday - 20:00 - 23:00
Thursday - 20:00 - 23:00

Every trial and member are assumed to be available for every raiding day they accept on the ingame calender. It is quite understandable that some people have jobs, they can be late, they can be unavailable etc, no hard feelings. It is expected to notify a Raid Leader if you got the chance, even if you are fifteen minutes late. Not doing so is considered disrespectful towards other members.

For additional information, please visit our website or contact any officer in-game: Cymph, Peepstar, Ztelx or Yoshí

Thanks
