“Incendia” WoW Guild

Hi guys, thanks for checking us out. We are Incendia. A large social raiding guild on Eonar.

What's going on with your T14 progression?
At the start of the tier we had a progression group which fell apart due to various reasons. Our other two groups also suffered great losses with players leaving the game or stepping out due to real life issues. Therefore our progression was ultimately halted pretty much until about a month ago when we started raiding more regularly. Nevertheless, we were able to gather a strong roster to tackle T15, and we intend to return to the top.

How we raid?
We currently have two raid groups. One of these is a casual team, the other is more progression oriented team which will seek to bring back Incendia back to the top of the charts in T15.

What do we actually need?
Our progression team is currently in search of:
A well geared ranged dps( 485+ ), preferably a hunter.

When do we raid?
Our raiding times are as follows:
Sunday: 20:00-23:00
Monday: 20:00-23:00
Thursday: 20:00-23:00

Our group consists of mostly adults who work on tight schedules. Therefore raid extensions due to good attempts are rare.

Loot System?
We use EPGP, which rewards consistent raiders. We also sometimes use EP penalties, but that is rare.

What we will require from you?
Although we accept all social applicants, our progression team is somewhat more selective. If you wish to join us, you must be prepared for the following:
* We only raid 9 hours a week, so we aim to make out the most of that time. Therefore, we require our raiders to have a good knowledge of their class, and encourage members to have at least a weekly read of their respective class forums. Reading tactics is also mandatory.

* The bench. You must be prepared to be put on standby for a certain boss or raid, if the success of the raid will depend on it.

* Accepting criticism. We use World of Logs to monitor the performance of our raiders. A player who will under perform, will be asked to explain his poor performance, and we as a group will help that player to improve his game play. No one is automatically kicked for low - DPS, but consistently poor performing players will be benched more frequently.

* We greatly value optimism and good spirit. Coming to a raid knowing first hand that failure will ensue, is equal to not showing up at all.

What can we offer?
Being one of the biggest and most active guilds on the small Eonar horde side, we usually have plenty of stuff going on. We have quiet a good number of people online during the day, and even more during the evenings. This might make you forget how empty the horde side is :) We are also practically drama - free, with members having good relations with the others, which will provide a new recruit a friendly environment at all times.

What if I don't want to do progression raiding, or raiding at all?
Fortunately, we accept all kinds of people, from the serious raiders to the causal ones. We have a casual raid group that raids regularly, but in a less strict manner, and we also try to organize 25mens when possible.( Probably the only 25mens you will ever see on the horde side! ).
We of course accept purely casual players , who just want to belong to a big community.

Long term goal
We have a long term goal to eventually switch our raiding to 25m. This might not be possible on the horde side of Eonar, but nevertheless we would like to try. If you are intersted in 25m raiding, you might consider applying as well, though at this moment we cannot promise frequent 25m raids.
