“Enigmatic” Guild

Enigmatic is a fairly new guild on Frostmane, founded by a core of former raiders who have accumulated raiding experience since Vanilla.
We were part of a raiding team for a long while, but got tired of the casual mindset of continual negligence towards people who didn't bother with preparations for PvE progress.

Currently we pose ourselves as friendly bunch of players with serious focus on progress during raids (within reason, but with aims to clear current mythic content before next tier release), while keeping the atmosphere on a casual level. Everyone has RL schedules so spending as little down-time as possible during raid hours is the goal.

Raid Days (server time):
Monday 19:15 - 22:30
Wednesday 19:15 - 22:30
Thursday, 19:15 - 22:30

What Do We Have to Offer?
- A serious, friendly and mature (in raid times) environment.
- 3 hours of raiding, 3 times a week.
- Efficient, quick Raid progression, mixed with focus on Mythic+ content.

How Serious?
If you're the type that loves to 'wing it' and show up to raids without minimum knowledge of your class and/or specialization, without flasks/food/potions and boss knowledge, then we're most likely not the crowd for you. We don't require that you're BiS geared from the start but we expect our raiders to show up prepared for the trials ahead.
A dedicated attitude is a must - during raid times at least - and knowing your current MS enough to adapt to tactics on the fly. As stated above, minimal down-time is the key.

What Do We Expect from Players?
- 18+
- Being mature and friendly during raid times. Cracking yo mama jokes and having fun is, of course, allowed outside of raid times. In fact, most of the officers encourage it.
- Proper functioning English.
- A working microphone/headset. We're currently using TS3 and we encourage people to express themselves and be vocal during raids to support progression.
- Quick learner.
- At least Heroic raiding experience in Legion.
- Excellent class/role knowledge. Knowing about specs outside of your MS is a very good thing as well.
- Commitment towards your character. A change in characters can happen but character jumping to sate your need for flavour of the month isn't condoned.
- Be able to maintain above our required attendance (for raider rank) which is 80%+.
