“Eureka” Guild

Eureka is a raiding guild that was founded during WotlK by a couple of friends that enjoyed raiding together, the guild progressed through diffrent stages and became more serious about raiding during the release of Cataclsym.

The guild Progressed through Firelands HC 10 but also Dragon Soul HC 10 and managed to clear Firelands HC within 1 month of stepping into it and 6/8 HC in Dragon Soul, the guild dispanded before the release of MoP and is now rebulding itself to clear SoO 10 HC but also expand to have a mythic team ready by the release of WoD. The guild have been raiding HC SoO for a bit over 1 month and is now progressing Klaxxi 10 HC and soon to be Garrosh HC.

The guilds goal is to clear all of the heroic (mythic) raids that gets released while maintaining a healthy schedule of 3 raiding days per week (Currently 2). Wednesday, Invites at 18.45, First pull by 19.00. Sunday, Invites at 18.45, First pull by 19.00. Tuesday (Only in WoD), Invites at 18.45, First pull by 19.00.

What we want from you:

1. Total dedication to the guild and raiding

2. We need you to show up prepared for all scheduled raids. We demand 100% attendance from everyone in the guild unless you have a really good excuse to miss a raid.

3. General whining is not tolarated at all. We want our members to enjoy raiding but also general whining won't help anyone improve. Actions will be taken against anyone that missbehave or cause drama without further notice.

4. Complete knowledge of your class, how to gear and spec it. This means being able to adapt to new situations and goes beyond just reading theorycrafting and knowing what skills to use. It's something that we expect people to have put a lot of thought into so their character can be the best it can be.

5. Top-notch raid performance goes without saying. This means you must be experienced in high-end raid content and able to play your class to perfection. People who repeatedly die to the same mistakes and perform sub-par compared to the rest of the guild will not last very long.

6. Have a competitive nature both on a guild vs. guild level and an internal level. You will have to earn your raid and guild spot and show that you are the best person for the job. You must be confident in what you are doing and want to show that you can do it better than anyone else.

7. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You must also have a microphone and Mumble.You are required to talk when needed, if you cant communicate we dont want you.

8. Be over 18 years of age, there have been some exceptions to this, but don't even consider it if you are under 17. We need people who got control over their own live.

4. Loot System, our philosophy is that the one that will contribute the most from that particular item will get it for the guilds best e.g we use items as tools to ensure we can progress through mythic and not to boost our own ego.

6. A Screenshot of your user interface, in a raid environment.
7. An explanation of how you approach your char and what you feel is important to focus on. This is very important for us because it tells if you understand why you gem or priotize a certain why e.g knowledge of your class.
8. A history of your experience and previous guilds(VERY IMPORTANT)
9. Link your current/latest guild on Wowprogresss.
10. Any references you wish to cite.
