Hybrid Theory - Ghostlands - Alliance
Hybrid Theory is a progression minded guild located on Ghostlands. We are a group of friends who have played together for quite some time now. The guild is newly formed, however the team has been in place for years, just within a different guild.


We are currently looking for:

1 Tank
>> Any



Anyone who wants to join as social and possibly join us in the next expansion to raid Mythic!

Siege of Orgrimmar: 11/14 Heroic

Previous Progression:
Throne of Thunder: 11/13 Heroic

About us:
» We Raid 3 nights a week. We raid on Thursday, Sunday & Monday from 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
» We began pushing progression in DS, and despite some members leaving due to RL commitments, we still pushed 8/8hc.
» We are a close knit 10 man team, meaning that we do not rotate raiders. As such, you will be expected to have very high attendance and to notify us before any absence. (Emergencies obviously are a different story)
» We have a very close relationship in the team, having played together for years. We are friends and as such have fun in our raids. If you can't handle talking on TeamSpeak during raids, then we are not for you.

What to expect from us:
» A friendly but serious raiding atmosphere. We don't raid in silence, but we are focused on killing bosses whilst they are still relevant content.
» Access to a guild bank to help support your raiding gear. This includes gems, enchants and other raiding supplies.
» Some of our members enjoy the pvp side of the game, so you will have a chance to enjoy that with them if you want.

What we expect from you:
» To be skilled and know the ins and outs of your class, not just how to stand still and follow a rotation.
» Be able to adapt to a situation during fights, there are times when things may be called out very suddenly and you must react quickly.
» Be able to join in on raid discussions. We want everyones opinions on tactics.
» Be able to take criticism. We won't mean it in a condescending way, but we want to progress
