“Beyond” Guild

Beyond is an old guild with alot of guild history behind it dating back to the Burning Crusade expansion. Originating from "The Maelstrom - EU" the guild was created back in September 2007. We scored many server first and second kills in the expansion content. With a declining raiding scene on (The Maelstrom - EU), Beyond choose to do a full guild migration to Grim Batol. Later in the fall of 2009, The guild went to merge with another guild to form Dimensional. In May 2010, a Handul of old Beyond members decided to go back to the former guild and we had a steady progress through Tier 11 content, untill the guild went Inactive.

We are always actively recruiting to keep our roster at its top notch and thus our recruitment is always opened for everyone have what it takes to join us.

* What we demand from you:
- We expect you to have a high level of attendance for all raids, while we understand it is impossible to attend 100% of all raids, but you must be able to attend 75% or more of the planned raids.

- We raid four times a week, 4 hours per day. Raiding days are Wednesday + Thursday + Sunday + Monday from 19:30 CET to 23:30 CET.

- We expect you to understand that your specialisation or class may not be the best setup for certain encounters and thus we expect you to accept the Raid Leader's decision in making the raiding setups.

- We expect you to learn from your mistakes, and others mistakes. We are all human beings, and humen make mistakes but good raiders never repeat the same mistake over and over and they adapt with the fight.

- We except our raiders to be alert and focused when it is demanded and knows what to do without the need of us to tell them so.

- We expect you to have prior knowledge about the fight mechanics and how to deal with them. As a High end raider, you should search and read about the fight tactics and watch videos about the fights.

- We expect you to take criticism well, and build on it.

- We expect you to comply with raid leader and guild officers and their decisions for the higher sake of the guild.

- Be an exceptional player regardless of class, able to understand fights quickly, avoid any kind of raid damage easily, give feedback on boss tactics and quickly gather information required to maximize your own, and the raid's, performance on a certain fight.

- Be an exceptional player, able to play all specs of your class at the same high level (having a small player base we respec a lot to fill the needs of certain fights; you are expected to be ready to play any of your class's specs).

- A serious, disciplined and hardcore raiding environment.

- As a guild we are totally focused on trying to get a successful progress on on competitive level, potentially compete for server firsts in the nearest tiers.
