“Tempest” Guild

Hello and welcome to Tempest!

We are an international guild on the European server Grim Batol - Alliance. Our main focus is towards the PvE environment and clearing as much of its content as possible while it remains relevant. We are a relatively new guild, created during Warlords of Draenor, but with a core of experienced players that have been playing together for a couple of years.

Our goal is to progress steadily to Mythic raiding maintaining a relaxed and fun environment while not compromising our duties outside World of Warcraft. This being said we will always be looking to get the most of each player and expect everyone to exceed themselves when we are playing.

We are raiding three nights a week: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 20:00 to 23:00 server time.

The team will have a core number of players that will be decided according to individual performance, attendance and team play capabilities and will rotated when players start to under-perform, but because we do understand that life is sometimes unpredictable we will maintain a healthy rooster of players ready to step in when someone cannot show up. Whenever possible we will also rotate benched players based on core players needs per boss so we can keep the game interesting for everyone

You will find a strong sense of community among the guild that will help you, make you feel welcome and part of something or that will just be there to listen to you.

We expect you to be eager to raid, willing to learn new things, adjust, adapt and to have a strong sense of team play. We want proactive members in and outside the game but specially players with a positive attitude, friendly and mature. And lastly we expect you to have high attendance and to come prepared and focused when attending a guild event.
