“XupaKabra” Guild

XupaKabra Guild is a international/portuguese guild.

XupaKabra is a WoW Alliance Guild based on the Grim Batol EU server. We're a bunch of mature (but not senile yet) and friendly players who aim to see all that WoW has to offer, especially in end-game raiding.

History:

The guild was founded on the 22-02-2007in the Jaedenar server by a group of former Delta Force players and their wow friends, Bravus, a gnome mage, was our first Guild Leader.
TBC- Our small group of players managed to clear all of the T4 content despite of the late start and some "someone has to stay out cause we cant bring everyone into the raid"drama resulting in some exits, by the end of TBC we started using the EPGP system to avoid invite & loot drama, and we also cleared Zul'Aman in our shiny T4 gear hehe.
WotLK- after some heavy recruiting and more strict rules we started to clear Naxx 10 right off the start of the expansion with the 25 version a couple of weeks into the expansion, Talia, the draenai paladin, was our GL at the time. When we moved on to Ulduar, we had a set 25 men core with 10 to 15 backup players, and we managed to kill all but Yog before the infamous 'Call of the Crusade' patch came out. With this patch and its free loot, faceroll epix, LFG's and all that crap convincing ppl to raid Ulduar became impossible, the four different raid set ups also broke appart our core raiding regime... still we managed to make 2x HC10 men raiding groups and clear the crusade idiotic raid. After a long wait out came ICC, many players were burned out by this time, but still we managed to get a group to clear many bosses in many difficulties, with 25men normal to get us up to Lich King himself.
Cataclysm- By this time our server was dead, the Alliance side of Jaedenar had virtually no players left to get a 25men group going on (remember there was no cross-realm yet) so we joined forces with the guild "Full Moon" and cleared all of the first raids but in the immense time it took for the Firelands patch to come out that union fell apart, and the server was even more dead! The decision to move our Guild to Ravencrest was made! with Piri, the night elve hunter, leading us along side Tolunay, the draenei shaman.
In Ravencrest we recruited allot of new players, and we started raiding again, clearing Firelands and dipping into Dragonsoul. after this, more then a year of no new content made the guild simply stop, and that remained for most of MoP.
MoP- Guild was dead on Ravencrest, many players had stopped playing, many other had moved servers (specially with free transfers into the portuguse realm Aggra) so no progress was made... until Miltondtf, the night elve priest, took the decision to move the guild into the 'Grim Batol'/'Aggra' cluster and reunite some of the old players now playing on those servers, this was just barely in time to allow us to get into the 'Siege of Orgrimar' but unfortunately not soon enough before the silly season kicked in (aka summer time) and Garosh was left untouched in a proper guild run.

WoD - We are now looking for regular players to join our progress raiding core. We raid at Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and some times Sundays from 22:30h to 01:00h (server time)
During progression raids we usually use the EPGP loot distribution system, so we award the more regular players before the slacking ones :) & we also may use a combination of "personal loot" or basic "MS /roll" depending on content we are clearing in an attempt to have the best possible chances for loot to drop to those who need it.
