“Stercus Accidit” WoW Guild

Stercus Accidit are recruiting skilled and committed players to progress in end game raiding quickly in WoTLK! With the release of the new expansion; we aim to be at the forefront of progression on Hellfire, and we need a few more people with the right attitude and commitment to achieve this goal.

I cannot stress this enough, we are looking to be competitive in terms of raiding progress the expansion. We do not want people who turn up whenever they want, who go on random 2 week sabbaticals without telling anyone, or who are incapable of playing the game. We are looking for a core roster of players who can raid 4 - 5 times a week, preferably turning up to at least 75-80% of raids, and generally not sucking at the game. Making a mistake is OK, but making repeated mistakes is not acceptable.

Aside from raiding, Stercus is a fun, sociable guild; rarely is there not something going on, whether it be a good old heroic bash, premades or 10 man runs. We are looking for people that can not only raid seriously and with commitment, but also want to engage with the social side of the guild. It also helps when your GM is an absolute ****** legend! ;)

Previous achievements

Starting very late in TBC, we managed to clear up to 8/9 BT 5/5 MH and all of T5 and T4 content before the 3.0 patch, and killed illidan on the day of the 3.0 patch(meh). However in WoTLK we strive to aim much higher!

Some basic requirements for applying:

- You can raid up until 24.00 gametime
- You have ventrilo and preferably a working mic
- You can attend a minimum of 3 raids a week
- Raiding experience and extensive knowledge of the class you play
- Stable internet and a computer that isn't powered by hamsters
- The ability to take critisism, and learn from your mistakes
- Decent english skills

We are only considering for recruitment level 80's now as we feel that there has been enough time to level since release. Having fully enchanted gear, and being able to show that you can work for your gear(heroics, crafted items etc) will definately affect how your application will be considered!

Raiding times in the beginning will be

Monday - 10 mans/free
Tuesday - 19.30 - 24.00
Wednesday - 19.30 - 24.00
Thursday - 19.30 - 24.00
Friday - 19.30 - 24.00
Saturday - occasional raid, usually free
Sunday - 19.30 - 24.00

However when we sort things out and the initial rush of WoTLK is over we plan to introduce another day for a 5 raids per week raiding schedule.
