“Late Night” WoW Guild

Late Night is a semi-hardcore raiding guild that is always Looking for Decent, Mature and experienced players to join us for any further HC progressing in Mists.

Raiding days:
Monday 21:00 to 00:30+
Tuesday On progress and depends availability 21:00 to 00:00
Wednesday 21:00 to 00:30+
Thursday 21:00 to 00:30+
Friday 21:00 to 00:30+
Saturday No raid!!
Sunday 22:30 to 01:30+

Loot is distributed with officer loot council. All loot decisions are weighted based on performance, attendance, attitude and the current needs of our raid.

1) Loot whores are not allowed in the guild.
2) Drama makers are not allowed in the guild.
3) We use loot council that means officers with raid leader discuss where the loot goes. It is based on the perfomance, attendance, attitude and needs of the progress. Raiders > Trials.
4) Researching Tactics for new bosses.
5) Good Sence of humor required.
6) Often check and use of the guild site so you can stay tuned for news.
7) If someone that is not online at time and he doesn't inform anyone about his delay or his absentee then he will be replaced for first time and kicked out if he continues like that.
8) Consecutive bad perfomance means replace.
9) Mic and headphones required!
10) Decent English required for communication.
11) Always look for ways to improve.
12) Be able to accept criticism.
12) Consider the guild's priorities over their own personal glory.
14) Trial period = 2-3 weeks.
