Loot Riot is always looking for exceptional players of all classes and specs to reinforce and enhance our raid roster. We expect and demand the very best from all our players, so if you decide to apply make sure you have a great understanding of the class you will be playing, that you are up to date with the current theory-crafting and can fully answer any questions we might have regarding the choices you have made with your character. Make sure you have the dedication, and motivation to keep pushing it. We also consider it a bonus if you are comfortable playing alts at a competitive level, as we like to have many options for the composition of our raids.

Even though we primarily consider ourselves a casual guild our raids are progress and performance oriented. We do value and respect your life outside of World of Warcraft and hence it's our goal to put content on farm as quickly as possible.

Raid spots are earned, not given. If you signed up for a raid and happen to get benched for that raid, or a boss, you are expected to be reachable during the raid, on Team Speak, or via your phone, and be able to play within a few minutes.

We do not endorse abusive behavior, however all raiders should be mature enough to be able to take criticism or teasing when such situations arise.

Main role requirements:
minimum equipped item level of 550 - fully gemmed, enchanted and reforged
At least 12/14 normal mode experience on the character you are applying with
Legendary cloak is not yet mandatory but if you don't have one then you need to be on the titan runestones part

If you do not meet our current main role requirements do still leave an application and convince us via your application that you are worthy of a trial!

Our raiding days and times are:
Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday from 21:30 till 00:30 server time.

We use the in game calendar to schedule our raids. You are expected to sign up, decline or put yourself on tentative for all of the raid events. Sign up deadline is 24 hours before the actual raid/ event.

High attendance is expected of all our members. For trials a 100% attendance is required, failure to meet this requirement means failing your trial.

For voice communication we use Team Speak 3, it is mandatory for you to be on for all guild related activities, even when still in the server login queue, and have a working microphone.

People applying to our raiding group are expected to be mature (preferably 20+ of age), in control of their time and present us with an exceptional written application. It's not a job you are applying for but first impressions do count.
