About us
Nemurenai is an English speaking, high-end PvE raiding guild on Kazzak, Europe. We raid 20 player mythic. We formed in June 2014 during the Mists of Pandaria expansion. Our goal is to work towards being a successful competitive raiding guild while raiding three days per week.
Nothing is more important to us than the people we raid with. Respect for our teammates and a friendly atmosphere is what we're looking for. Openness and cooperation is what drives us. But we also have a competitive mentality, and every raider understands that their spot is only theirs for as long as they're the best man for the job. Because of this we encourage a high amount of personal responsibility from our raiders to maximize their performance. Players lacking motivation or dedication to perform during raids will be replaced.
What we expect from our raiders and applicants
- A working microphone.
- Fluent in English.
- Logs to back up your performance.
- High attendance, the closer to 100% the better.
- Motivated and available to raid during farm and progression.
- Showing up prepared to raids, having studied the fights and read our forum.
- You do what you can to help the guild.
- You must be a mature person. Don't speak during a boss fight if not told to.
We don't use any sort of calendar invites, instead when you won't be able to show for a raid, you are expected to post in the absence forum and let us know.
Loot Council
The loot is distributed via Loot Council. We do not tolerate or condone greediness, selfishness, vanity, or any other kind of loot related drama. The loot distribution is based on consistent attendance, good performance, most upgrade and most importantly willingness to do what is best for the guild and team spirit.
