Slashcry has officially stopped raiding
SlashCry is an active high-end raiding guild on Kazzak realm.
We are ambitious in our passion for this game, we aim to kill bosses and complete all raiding achievements when they are true and have meaning; that's before movies and strategy tips turns them into a matter of execution only, hopefully before any nerfs,definitely before they get overgeared to oblivion.

- during progress: Sun - Thu, 19:00h - 24:00h
- we never start a mandatory raid earlier than 19:00, but in really important situations, when a kill is close, we will extend it by 1-2 hours and/or add one of the 2 free days to schedule; we expect our raiders to make an effort in such cases - which do not occur more than few times/instance anyway - and put the guild before other leisure time activities or social events.
- during farm: 1-2 days/week,19:00 - 23:00h;

1) Endgame-raiding educated
- the more xp in high-end raiding, the better, but you need to have some!
- we look at: full SWP, preferably with KJ / M'uru killed pre 10% nerf, some 40man preTBC xp is a bonus but not a must, Eternity/Nightfall/Undying/TV/Immortal before April 2009, Ulduar HM before Aug 2009, ToGC before Dec 2009, ICC HM, Cata HM;
- skills, adaptability, fast reactions and the ability to decide for yourself;
- theoretical knowledge and thorough understanding of at least your class/spec and mechanics of raiding;
2) Ambitious and motivated
- proper and best sockets/enchants, grinding rep (Exalted) with the factions for the most suitable shoulder/head enchants;
- ambition in consistently being the best and acquiring the most in all situations;
- decent gear is a nice bonus, but we will never put that before the player commanding the toon;
3) Mature, dependable and in control of your time and life
- able to raid 5 days per week Sunday-Thursday from 19:00 to 24:00 during progression;
- able to push that during the critical moments such as milestone boss kills (weekends and up to 1 hour after midnight);
- age over 20;
- mature and friendly attitude;
- team spirit;
