“Vanguard” WoW Guild

Exceptional applicants will always be considered regardless of class needs. We currently have a very high priority on warlock recruitment with raid spots available for up to two new players.

Vanguard is a raiding guild that was founded in vanilla and has been raiding competitively since Molten Core ranking at best within the top 100 guilds in the world while maintaining a healthy raiding schedule of 12 hours per week over 3 raiding days.

The majority of our core members have been competing at the highest level possible in this game, including the guild master who is renowned for great leadership skills during raids and will expect the very best from each raider no matter what rank they hold.

Raiders are expected to attend these raids on a close to 100% basis.

We are looking to recruit extremely competitive players that are able to perform consistently at a top level. Furthermore you should have a good attitude towards raiding and be able to work with a team in a focused environment with a down to earth athmosphere. You need to understand not just the game in the sense of pure digits and mechanics, but also understand the game that is raiding and the environment around it. What we truly are looking for in the long run are people who contribute and feels good to work with. You need to see the value in a long term perspective and playing in a team of likeminded individuals.
