Preferably mature players who know how to play their respective
classes or are willing to listen and learn. Vent is a must but a
mic is not.
Gearwise = Heroic gear would be nice, but it isn't the end of the world - a decent application on our forums with a coherent kit selection would probably stand you in better stead than a stupid application with an armory of bling that makes no sense.
Loot Council is in place, but usually only intervenes in extreme cases, else the decision is based on attendance and performance over time and simple rolls (with 3 ranks comparably to fresh recruit - casual raider & raider).
