History of Stricken and current information

This guild was first formed back in TBC as a raiding guild, It raided through TBC into WotLK where it then became dorment, until now. The raid leader from back in the TBC days is back, along with some new friends! Our intentions are to turn this guild back into a good progression guild.

What We Expect From Raiders.

In our raiders we expect a level of raid awareness that comes with raiding experiance. We also expect the players to be online and ready atleast 15 mins before the raid is due to start. We also expect raiders to have their appropriate buffs (Food, Flasks etc) ready for raid time. There is also a small list of addons that are listed in the Addons section of our website (the link to which can found below), some are recommended and some are recquired. We obviously take into consideration not everyone has PC's that can run NASA but we do expect PC's that can atleast run the core essential addons for raiding. Summary
• Be online 15 mins before raid time.
• Have some raid experience (Heroic experience is an advantage).
• Have food and flasks for the raids.
• Have the essential addons running for raids.

Loot Council and how it works for us

Loot distribution is based on a loot council to help ensure everyone on the team gets the best possible upgrades to gear as well as taking into consideration BiS and general upgrades for the team as a hole. We don't incorporate a DKP system due to the amount of arguments this can cause with people amounting large numbers of points.
