“First Light” Guild

Guild Information
We are a semi-hardcore PVE guild. We are located on OUTLAND-EU, on ALLIANCE side. First Light is a 2 month old guild on the server but that doesnt diminish us, in the short time we raided together we managed to clear entire 7/7M EN with under 30 tries on Cenarius and under 10 tries on Xavius. The guild is made of really exeptional players that are dedicated to the game. Everyone is preparing and researching the content on a highest level. Our raids are full with positive and fun atmosphere but still focused on progression. First Light is aiming to be one of the top guilds on the OUTLAND server.

Raid Schedule
We are raiding 3 nights a week. Our raid nights usually last 3 and half hours, but sometimes for the sake of the progress we are extending our raids for one more hour. We require atleast 90% attendance to our raids.
We are raiding on:

Monday 19:30-23:00

Thursday 19:30-23:00

Sunday 19:30-23:00

If you sign up and accept invite on the calendar. It is required for you to show up 10 minutes earlier.

Requirements:
What do we expect and require from is quite simple. We are in a need of players that are dedicated to the game and what that means is that you are willing to research your class(in depths), working on improving your skills/rotation/stats/gear. We have players in the guild training on a dummy atleast 2 hours every day to learn their rotation to the perfection. This is the level of dedication required from you.
When you accept the invite on calendar this is required from you:
-show up on time(being late makes 19 other people wait for you)
-show up prepared with consumables
-to know the tactics(in depths) for every boss we are progressing
-RC/Loot Council and Angry Assignments addons for the raiding.

What can you expect from First Light:
You can expect from us fun and positive atmosphere during our raid times and also beyond that. We are doing a lot of MYTHIC+ on daily base and having fun playing with each other. Our discord is almost never empty and there is always some to talk to or have fun with. Guild is constantly doing something. It is never boring with us. Sometimes we are hard on each other when we have bad days but in the end we are all in this together, and it always ends up in laugh.
