Raiding stopped at 11/11 HC?! Stuck in Mythic progress with a few people that can't dodge a fuckin' beam?! So are we! Join Requiem today and lets build a powerhouse raiding team. We are currently 3/11 M Antorus and are recruiting dedicated players who know how to play their class.
Requiem on Quel'Thalas/Azjol'Nerub is a raiding guild that is mainly focused around progress raiding. Currently we are progressing in Antorus, the Burning Throne on Mythic difficulty. Our progress raids are on Wednesday and Monday from 19.45h till 22.45h server time. There is a more casual social raid on Thursdays and Sundays from 20.00h till 22.30h (Antorus, the Burning Throne on Heroic difficulty).
We are a tight community and can have a lot of fun. But we focus when it comes to progress raiding. Socials, new players and M+ players are also more then welcome to join our ranks.
Requiem Raiding Rules:
90% attendance
At LEAST Mythic +15 done every week
Be gemmed, enchanted and maxed out.
Understand your class (hold yourself to a high standard of play, and if you don’t make this high standard you are willing to improve to meet that standard).
You know the tactics, you know how to do the fight. The raidleader should not have to hold your hand through the entire encounter.
You are able to take criticism, so if the Raid Leader says you are not performing properly, you don’t throw a fit or make drama. Never take it personal, its not directed at you as a person, rather it is a chance for you to improve your play. If you don’t agree, you can address it after the raid, not during, we don’t have time for that.
Be able to handle being benched.
Decisions made by the loot council are carefully weighed and are final.
You sign up for raids, repeated failure to sign up is no raid for you.
Communicate with the officers if you can’t make the raid. Get the Discord app on your phone, you can let us know from wherever you are.
Be on time for the raid! We gather the troops 15 minutes before we want to do our first pull of the night. Also we will clear trash so we can pull at raid time sharp.
Clear comms during bossfights, we'd love to hear what you did last weekend but not during a bossfight, save that for trash fights or Dalaran.
