“Winds of Creation” WoW Guild

About us:

Winds of Creation is an english speaking semi-hardcore raiding 25man guild who was formed back in October 2007 during TBC. For the past 5 years we grew into the top 25-man guild on our old server (Daggerspine) and enjoyed great success through Cataclysm claiming many of the realm firsts. In December 2012 during MoP the guild transferred over to a new server, Ragnaros EU, after accepting the fact that Daggerspine was dead. We are now the top 25man guild on this server and are fighting against a few other 10man guilds for the realm firsts.

We would rather bring the correct player then the correct class. If you're class is not listed but you feel like you would be a great addition to our guild, feel free to apply and we will always take your application into consideration.

Note: we aim to have a roster of between 32 and 35 players. This allows us enough room to guarantee a 25 man group if some people cannot attend. This also enables us to vary the classes we can bring to progression bosses. We rotate players as best as we can and attempt to bring trials to all farm content.

Throne of Thunder: 12/12 Normal, 7/13 Heroic

Mogu'shan Vaults: 6/6 Normal, 6/6 Heroic (pre-5.2)

Heart of Fear: 6/6 Normal, 6/6 Heroic (pre-5.2)

Terrace of Endless Spring: 4/4 Normal, 4/4 Heroic (pre-5.2)


What we excpect from you:

- Above all, dedication to the Guild and a desire to progress on new bosses.
- 100% focus during raids and always come prepared (i.e. bringing food and potions, etc).
- Competitive spirit; we have a healthy roster and you will sometimes find yourself competing for a raid spot against other raid members. We want you to show us that you deserve a spot.
- The ability to play your class to its maximum potential.
- The best possible attendance and reliability.
- Access to Mumble and (preferably) use of a microphone.


What you can expect from us:

- A stable, relaxing, fun raid environment where you can enjoy progressing on some of the toughest content the game provides.
- A fun, social Guild where members are chatty, get on, and enjoy playing together.
- A stable Officer crew that can deal with any problems you may have and do their best to make the game as fun as possible for you.
- Active forum discussions regarding boss tactics and any crazy things you might want to share.
- Rated Battlegrounds on the days we are not raiding or sometimes just regular Battlegrounds. We also host alt runs.


Raiding schedule:

Wednesday: 19:10 - 23:00
Thursday: 19:10 - 23:00
Sunday: 19:10 - 23:00
Monday: 19:10 - 23:00

We've been known to extend some raids past the raid-end time if it's convenient for everyone in the raid in order to kill a boss we are close to.
