“Metempirical” Guild

Metempirical is a semi-hardcore raiding guild with an old Heroic / Mythic experienced core. The council exists out of high-end experienced raiders from different top 500 guilds around the globe.

We started in the middle of the HFC patch and are currently trying to climb our way up the ladder, building up a solid roster and sort things out for a strong start in Legion. Starting from fresh doesn't affect our positive perspective, instead we gain motivation as individuals and as a team to become a consistent 12hr raiding guild sitting in the top 10 on the realm.

Our raiders have different nationalities, ages and ways in life. We respect everyone and everything and tend to keep it that way.

We have an optional alt run on Tuesday. We take Alts seriously and expect you maintain atleast one.

What do we expect from you?:

-Be a consistent player with interest in your Class
-Have a general idea of how raiding works
-Have a relaxed, focussed but most importantly enjoyable attitude
-Decent background experience ( Old Heroic / New Mythic ) is a must unless you have very good and detailed logs to back-up your play style
-Be able to prove yourself as a player and as a person in our 2 week trial period
-Have a raid-ready gear set with an up-to-date legendary ring
-A solid off spec is a plus
-Be able to prepare for raids aswell as for use of your own class
-Overall raid and class knowledge will definitely help you out
-Be capable of communicating and receiving information
-Being able to react to shotcalling and improvising on fights is expected
-Keep 90% attendance throughout each month
- Be open minded
-Receive criticism in a mature way

Guild Rules:

-We use Loot Council depending on multiple factors, no loot whoring allowed
-Be on time and maintain 90% attendance
-Always have the required consumables and addons
-Prepare fights in general as well as class specific
-If you cannot make a raid, you post in the AFK-Thread atleast a week beforehand
-Keep your character optimized - Always go for highest value
-No flaming, raging or pointing fingers ( This is the council's job! )
-Respect the council and every other member in the guild
-Use criticism in your favor
-Communicate about problems
-BoE's that drop in guild raids are sold for guild bank gold to fund repairs and consumables
-Have a working pc, connection and microphone
