“Pacifism” WoW Guild

We are currently recruiting every class where the ones mentioned above is needed the most.

About Pacifism:
Pacifism is a long lasting guild, that has been running for over 3 years (started on Vek'nilash at its server launch April 2006 then migrated to Ravencrest in August 2008). We are searching for skilled quality players that have the determination to stay for a longer period. You gear should be on the same level as other members. Pacifism has always been a small tight-knit community where most people have had their own tasks and roles during raids. Which means very little standby, if you want to join you are expected to raid a lot.
We have a fairly strong alt chars community, doing alt-raids often.
We do also have 10man groups going fully for hard modes.
We are recruiting because our numbers have always been low and recently they have not been replenished. You will get a high % of raiding time joining here.

Current progress:
Naxxramas, Obsidian Sanctum &Eye of Eternity 25m cleared
Ulduar 25m cleared normal mode
Ulduar 25m hardmode progression: all cleared, Yogg Saron+0 (Alone in the Darkness) down aswell.

Algalon the Observer down in 25 man and 10-man
ToTC25Hard: 5/5 A Tribute to Insanity complete (EU 8 World 18)
ToTC10Hard: 5/5 A Tribute to Insanity complete

Schedule:
We raid most of the week with Saturdays off.
Raiding times are usually 19.00 - 24.00 but this differs very often with both shortened and extended raiding depending on what we are going to do

Loot:
We distribute loot with "Loot Council" where loot is decided according to your performance and attendance. Low attendance % = no priority on loot.

About You:
* You are expected to be able to attend at least 90 percent of our raids.
* You are expected to know your class & spec completely. Having knowledge of offspecs and other classes is a plus.
* You are expected to know the different boss encounters by heart and being able to adapt to any unknown situation that might occur. Reading up on bossfights or watching killmovies on encounters you are unsure about helps a lot.
* You are an exceptional player who can perform at max without doing silly mistakes and if mistakes happen you can take any constructive criticism and learn from it.
* You will always have all possible consumables ready before any raid, have all needed addons fully updated and ready, have no ingame money problems and have top PvE professions to extend your usefulness in raids.
* You are not a drama queen nor a loot ***@!.
* You are expected to be available to raid during the hours 19.00-24.00 (GMT+1). Same as ingame time. But being able to play during extended time for possible progression.
* You ideally should be active on ventrilo.
* You want to progress and do the most challenging things this game can offer PvE wise (hardmodes and additional boss achievements etc.)
