Volition raiding guild has the main attitude of clearing content
that is released in the fastest possible time.
Because of this our raiding core generally consists of a competitive raiding environment based around performance of individual players.
Furthermore due to this its a little harder on how we base our recruitment policies. So to speak we are always looking for exceptional applicants of any class who has players that believe they have the same mentality as pushing for fastest kills as the guild does, as well as they are sure they are capable of pushing themselves to the limits of their ability.
However in particular at the moment we are looking for:
High Priority
1 Balance Druid
1 Retribution Paladin
1 Holy Paladin
1 Rogue
1 Shadow Priest
1 Holy Priest
1 Elemental Shaman
2 Warlocks
Medium/Low Priority
1 Restoration Druid
1 Fury Warrior
1 Death Knight - DPS<Blood or Unholy>
