<imba> | www.imba-guild.net | Ravencrest EU is currently recruiting players in an effort to progress further with the achievements in Trial of the Grand Crusader and strengthen our roster before icecrown citadel.

Currently we are seeking to expand our raid roster with:

Shamans: High: Enhancement/Elemental

Mages: Medium
Priests: Medium
Druids: Medium
Rogues: Medium
Hunters: Medium
Death Knights: Full
Paladins: Full
Warriors: Full
Warlocks: Full


We also seek applications from exceptional players of any class, all well written applications will be given fair consideration, you may just have to convince us you are worth a spot!

Our Raiding Schedule during progress periods (all times in CET / server time)
Sun-Thurs:- 19:30-23:00

What can we offer you?

* A serious raiding guild with a tight core of players, who have successfully cleared every raid dungeon from pre-2.0 Naxx to pre-3.0 Sunwell plateau and all current raid content.
* A community of English speaking raiders from all over Europe.
* A wider guild in which friends and PvP players are welcomed.
* A light hearted raid atmosphere in so called farm status raids and on trash, with the intention of having fun and staying relaxed, leading to:
* A serious focus when facing new bosses, challenges and achievements.
* Weekends and late nights off, we will not expect you to cancel social plans on off raiding days.

We do however conduct a lot of alternative runs, 10 man raids and various pvp activities during non raid times.

Our Goals for Raiding:

* To complete all achievements as a secondary goal, in good time for the next raid instance.
* To enjoy the content to it’s fullest, in a pleasant atmosphere.
* To complete new challenges in the smallest amount of raiding hours we can - we prioritise this over completing content on an earlier date but with longer hours.

What can you offer us?

* An excellent knowledge of your class mechanics.
* Experience and gear appropriate to the current content.
* The ability to adapt to new situations and learn new encounters.
* The skill and drive to perform better and better as time goes by, maximising performance in damage, healing or tanking.
* The ability to communicate effectively in a raid, where we use both ventrilo 3.0 and various role-oriented channels to assign tasks in a raid.
* Dedication and a high raid attendance.
* Offspec gear, skill and experience is a big plus. We like players who can adapt.
