A little about us:
Currently residing on Shattered Hand, we're a mostly Swedish/Scandinavian based guild who raids in an international atmosphere. With the current expansion LFRProgress is more or less a new guild since a merge of 2 groups of player base joined forces. Shattered Hand has a big and active community with all sorts of different players as well as a big scene of Swedish and Scandinavian adventurers. The guilds management have an average age of 28 while the player base is slightly lower and ranging from 18-30.

Some of us are veterans in the WoW community and to raiding, some of us are a bit newer to the game with starting to raid in previous expansion.
Nevertheless we're attracted to the type of player you are and not how much dollars you have put into Blizzards pocket. We value great players with a good personality, who can play their class to its fullest, who strive to be on the edge when new content hits the raid and who contributes to the guild in regards to its foremost goal - Progression.

What can we offer you?
What we offer is an active raiding environment where we have a semi hardcore approach. For us this translates into being prepared, turning up on time and attending most of our raids in regards to important real life matters. The mentality we're aiming for is to go into raids with whatever we need to properly learn new fights and execute chosen tactics to be able to down stuff in Mythic.
For this we require everybody to actively do whatever they need to successfully do what is asked of them (lead, dps, mechanics etc) in realistic terms. During actual raid hours we're asking for a very hardcore mentality, nobody likes mindless wiping for no reason and to waste everyone elses time.

Outside raiding our players have a big variety of activeness. Some are online 80 hours a week and like to raid with alts and do various content available to them. Some are more relaxed and play perhaps a bit more on the weekends but are not online as much as others. No matter what type of player you are on your "spare time" you can fit right in with us.

Requirements
We are raiding 2-3 times a week with emphasize on 3 at the moment. Our raiding hours are between 19 - 23 CET and currently these days are Wednesday, Sunday and Tuesday. We might change one of the days from early next year but this in not set in stone yet. Since our semi hardcore approach we require our raiders to turn up on 90% of these raids on a longer period. This is mostly because we prefer to have a tight raid group with a smaller player base, high trust and knowledge of each others abilities.

What we are currently recruiting
In general we're open for any suggestion and possibility. If you think you can contribute to our progress with a greater effort than any of our current players you should definitively not disregard us for the positions we're actively looking into.

We might re-evaluate the possibility of also including:
Death Knight/Warrior

DPS
Hunter
Boomkin (if you consider yourself great as Resto even better)
Shadowpriest (with healing ability and offspec as a plus)
Elemental Shaman (considering Enchancement with Elemental as a preference)
Considering basically any ranged DPS.

HEALER
We might consider a Mistweaver Monk in certain circumstances.
