Egg is a guild consisting of mostly IRL friends from the UK, our aim is complete each tier on mythic difficulty prior to the release of the next in Legion.
We encourage open discussion and critique; think you know a better way to take down the boss? Think somebody is under-performing and know of a way to help them? Feel free to say.
We consider ourselves a casual guild, however most of our members have experience playing at a high end level.
Things that may help your application:

* High end raiding experience.
* Gear to match the current content.
