Welcome to Elevation!

About Us:

* Elevation is an end-game guild on the Alliance side of the EU-Silvermoon realm. We love challenges and like progress, but we are not a hardcore guild. We do not only value in-game skill but also social skills, as even if a group is skilled being awkward and being unable to socialise will not get you far.

* We are a PVE oriented guild, but are looking to setup and RBG team and you'll always find a player or two to do some arena with.

What is Expected From Applicants:

* We want all applications to be well written. It doesn't have to be an essay, but it doesn't hurt if you elaborate. Let the application process take it's time, and answer any questions we might have because the process needs it and we need patient people.

* Certain rules apply for trial members if you get accepted. The trial period is as long as it has to be; most times upto 2 weeks, with possibility to be extended, if you can't proove your worth then you wont make it. This decision rests with the officers and is final, do not argue the point.

* Also, if you play on another realm you are welcome to apply, but we can't guarantee that you will pass trial if you get invited. You are treated the same way as other people.

Expectations When Raiding:

* We want all members to come well prepared to raids and to be on time. Being well prepared includes bringing your own consumables and helping the guild with preparations. When trying new content, be prepared to wipe a lot and pay for your own repair costs as well as having enough consumables for a week's worth of raids.

* Raids will be put on the calender and you need to accept accordingly. You may sign as tentative as people may not know weekly plans at the beginning of the week. However we require a 24 hours notice before raid to your decision behind your raid availability.

* Positions in the raid will be confirmed as needed. If we need more melee in a boss fight, we will sub out some ranged for melee. Players may be placed on standby or out if necessary and are not needed for that raid.

*Knowing the stat priority for your class and role. We expect you to know your main priority and what you need on your character - we know it, so should you.

* Complaining or giving criticism. This is not acceptable. We want to create a friendly calm raiding environment in which we enjoy playing and can progress as a guild. During a boss fight or progression I will be going through what went wrong on a pull and why we wiped and where we need to improve. After which I will open suggestions to the rest at where you think improvement needs to be made, for example if you need to be topped up at a certain point or we need more healing at one point or dps at one point etc.

* Loot Council loot system. We use RCLootCouncil to distribute our loot. The council is made up of me and the 3 officers. We make a decision on the loot based on who the item will benefit more. Our word is final. Think differently or disagree? You know where the door is. Loot bans will be given out as sanctions where necessary. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/rclootcouncil. Raiders will have priority over trials with regards to loot.
