PHOENIX

Welcome to Phoenix recruitment on WoWProgress.

Phoenix is a long standing, close-knit 25 man guild that caters for raiders who are interested in the end-game content but may not be able to commit to the heavy schedule required of five day+ a week raiding.

We focus on 25 man heroic content and have an excellent core of long standing raiders and socials who have played from the early days of Warcraft in vanilla.

Whilst our recruitment will change from time to time we are always on the lookout for raiders from all types of backgrounds whether you are an old school vanilla veteran or an upcoming new talent.

If you are looking for raiding that requires seven nights a week then we are not the guild for you.

If you require a boost to get the latest epics without effort then we are not the guild for you.

If you are mature, dedicated, experienced and looking to excel then we may be the guild for you.

EXPECTATIONS

We require you to attend every raid. However, we will always accept that things outside of the game have to sometimes take priority. Should this occur you will be expected to post AWOL on our forum.

We expect that you come fully prepared to raid. This includes knowledge of your class and the gear you require to maximise your specification. You should always bring an abundance of consumables with you which include flasks, potions and food.

We expect you to be able to have fun in raids and get to know our raiders and how we operate. Learn from each other and help each other wherever possible. You do not have to spend time outside of raiding hours playing with us or be online 24/7 but anytime you do spend online outside of raiding hours you will be expected to be nice to other guild members and conduct yourself outside of the guild in a courteous manner. Remember the guild is bigger than any individual and how you conduct yourself reflects on the guild.

RAIDING SCHEDULE

We raid on the following days:-
- Monday 19:30-23:30
- Thursday 19:30-23:30
- Sunday 19:30-23:30

We often have off raids where a few of us will visit old content for transmogrification gear or some of our ex-raiders will run current content 10 mans on a Friday.

LOOT RULES

We operate a DKP system.

As a trialist you will still get a chance on loot by rolling and should none of our raiders need an item you will receive it without needing any DKP. There are occasions where a current member may pass an item to you even if they need it so we are always fair to those who show commitment.

RAID INVITES

We operate on a queue based system. As a trialist you will be at the top of the queue and take priority invites. However, please be aware that on some heroic progress fights you may have to sit out.

Your application will be posted privately for members to comment on and will remain there until your trial is passed.

Should you submit an application an officer will acknowledge your request via email. Please be aware that a decision will usually take at least a full raid lockout (one week).

Cross realm applications are accepted and feel free to mention any current members that will support your application.
