<What we expect>
Our goal is to clear all content when it's fresh not months later.
We require that all our members are up-to-date the main spec of their class and preferrably at least one offspec, optimize their gear as much as possible, and come to raids prepared with flasks, food and boss strategies researched.

We want our members to speak on Ventrilo, not only for raiding, but also as the social part of a 10man guild means a lot to us.
