The Guild:
Luminosity is a 10 man raiding guild on Stormscale EU, created by top tier players after making a PUG group that went extremely well, we decided to make our group more official - Luminosity was born. Composed of ex members from top guilds such as Monster, Ensidia, Scrub Busters and Ad Infinitum, we look for high performance players that can push maximum effort into a casual raid schedule.
We have a very chilled raiding atmosphere and generally have a great time whilst raiding but we are always focused and expect the same attitude from everybody.
Goals:
As we founded our guild late into the expansion 22,02,2012, our current tier rankings are not very high. At the moment we are pushing to down Deathwing HC as quick as possible and get the current content under farm status. In Mists of Pandaria, we're aiming for nothing less than Realm Firsts!
With MOP approaching we are planning to turn Luminosity into a 25 man raiding guild, and for this we need more members.
Recruitment & Expectations:
If you feel you excel at your class and have the required experience and gear, then we want to hear from you. Currently we are only accepting players with 8/8 HC(unless you are an exceptional player) you must also produce a full DS combat log, if you don't have any recent logs then find a pug and log it! (any applications without a log will not get considered)
Our expectations of the players we recruit are to the highest standard, we expect our players to be able to adapt fast when the situation changes dramatically and be able to cope in moments of pressure.
We look for players with a great attitude towards raiding and towards the members of our guild, and puts guild priorities before their own, we are not looking for loot hungry players or players who are late / don't show for raids or lose focus after wipes.
If you cannot deal with pressure or handle constructive criticism then this is not the guild for you!
